The farm shops are priced from a garage building, and have garden office doors and windows added to make them into the buildings that they are. Most farm shops are not lined or insulated by us, as the services need to be added in the cavity walls, then insulated & lined on site. A local builder would provide a price for you.
Partitions can be fitted by us, especially useful when utilising for holiday accomodation.
In most cases the Farm shops are built to customers requirements, hence we would require a rough sketch from you to provide a more accurate price. To provide an idea of a basic price please refer to the following:
Starting with a set of Traditional style Garden Office D/G Double Doors, and 2 garden office D/G windows, with a boarded & onduline roof, guttering & assembly on site. A V313 floor is also included within the price along with VAT.
