Workrooms are built using 75mm x 40mm framing, and have a triple external layer of 4mm plywood, bitumen vapour barrier then 16mm Shiplap cladding - all to the outside. The T&G flooring is 22mm thick onto 75mm x 40mm tanalised framing. 2 x standard garage windows and a single 900mm wide personal door is included, along with green mineral felt onto OSB boarding. |
